Reculta secures Seed funding

Very recently, we emerged as the winners of the Facebook Economic Times Power of Ideas competition in which over 5000+ startups participated. It is through the same competition that we were able secure our seed funding round.

We are extremely happy and pleased that our investor CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad, the incubation & innovation center at one of the premier B-Schools in the country shares the common vision of revolutionizing and digitizing campus placements.

Starting operations last year, we cater to the campus recruitment needs of the institutions and recruiters alike. As of today, we work with close to 25 institutions covering Law, Engineering, MBA, Architecture.  We are also glad to announce that our product for the recruiters has received a tremendous response and quite a few global MNCs will be using our product for the upcoming placement season.

Our Co-Founder & CSO, Ms. Kajal Malik says, “Institutes are seeing value in the offering Reculta has and are quick to get rid of archaic ways of managing placements using excel sheets and emails. Data backed suggestions are prevalent in every industry, why not campus recruitment?”

In the last couple of months, we have come to realise that the need for a solution like Reculta is much more acute than we had predicted. The rapid growth in our customer base bears testimony to that. We have also started receiving inbound requests thanks to the huge support and confidence of our satisfied customers. We are confident that we will continue to see strong traction in the coming months.

Reculta started off with offering solutions to only B-Schools but surprisingly, there is a strong interest in digital solutions across streams like architecture and law colleges as well. This has been happening because of how our product is able to wonderfully handle the needs of different educational institutions.
